Hi, beauties! I wasn’t actually going to take a break. But somehow it happened and because the last week was pretty busy, including an online beauty event, my birthday, a short trip to Amsterdam and a few viewing appointments, I spontaneously decided to slow down a bit. Sometimes, it´s just essential to live and enjoy real life.
The first online beauty press event
Unfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong because of Corona. Fortunately, in some cases, a good and practical solution like going online has been found. So, on 20.06. the first online beauty event took place. Five beauty brands presented their latest products while bloggers watched the presentation comfortably sitting at home. I was very happy to be active as a blogger in this way. The next real event was of course also scheduled. It will be on October 31.10. I’m already looking forward to having beauty talks and a little Halloween party.
A traditional birthday celebration in Amsterdam
On June 21 we drove to Amsterdam. It is now my fourth birthday that I am spending in this city. It´s kinda turned into a nice tradition and I love it! Once again, we were strolling through the city, shopping, eating a delicious meal and later, we went to the rock club. Interestingly, the corona crisis has also changed people. I even got the feeling that people became more open and talkative, especially when the plastic partitions (and in Amsterdam, they are everywhere, in cafes, taxis, etc.) make you feel close and far from

Life is too short for boring things
You know how I like to combine diverse, often completely different styles. Clothes with combat boots are exactly my thing. This is just who I am! Today´s outfit was meant to be the one for my birthday. The look combines everything I like, beauty and elegance paired with rock’n’roll mood. By the way, I don’t necessarily need to have a good reason to put on such elevated clothes. Life is ultimately too short to wait for the right moment for everything. You just need the right mood and you can shine, whether with or without sequins.
