According to the calendar, the spring has officially begun. Though the weather in Germany still feels very unstable, cold, and uncomfortable, we don´t need to wait too long to see the first shy blossoms on the trees. At least, we overcame the worst time. I´m personally being in the real spring mood and preparing my spring/summer wardrobe. I imagine what I´m going to wear and what looks are going to dominate my style. I´m definitely planning to wear much more polarizing colors and unusual cuts. We´ll see, what I´ll be able to find in the stores. Are you also putting your spring/summer wardrobe together yet?

Floral print dresses – ultimate fashion pieces for every time of the year    

A floral print dress is a versatile thing. Actually, I would even say that such a dress can be a real staple in your wardrobe. It not only looks amazing in the summer time but also in fall paired with a cozy turtleneck or in winter with a warm coat. When you´re waiting for the spring finally to come, such a dress can make the waiting time much easier. I´m in total spring mood at the moment and I don´t want to wait any longer to wear flattering dresses. I chose a floral print dress in a midi length by Zara and paired with an extra warm coat by Envii which I found in Amsterdam. To me, such a combination of fabrics, prints and bright colors look very modern and spring-like.

On every gray and rainy day, this coat improves my mood because of its warm and sophisticated color. I wanted this outfit to be really spring-like but still warm, so I decided for black sock boots. Though I love sock boots made of fabrics, with frequent rains in Germany it wouldn´t be the right choice. That´s why I picked the leather ones. I can wear them by any weather and don´t have to worry about them getting wet. To round up the look, I decided for a little black bag on a chain. The spring can come!
