Golden fall in Hamburg – comfy and elegant look

Hello friends,

as you probably know, recently I had been to Hamburg for two days. I already did a Hamburg post on my blog which you can find here. In that post I mentioned that I just couldn´t have left the city without having taken some pictures for my new outfits. The weather had been also on our side as it had been sunny and warm the whole two days. I even forgot that we had have the end of October at that moment. I decided to create a classical look and add some trendy pieces to it. You guys, probably know that I love classic and business styles and like to pep them up and make them more casual.

I chose a warm and cozy sweater with trendy long sleeves and added another trend of the season, a plaid midi skirt. It´s quite interesting as plaid skirts return as a trendy fashion piece almost every fall and winter. So maybe such skirt could be a nice investment not only for this season. If you purchase a midi skirt as I did, you should know that this length requires high heels. Otherwise your legs might look shorter than they actually are. I decided for black boots. My skirt is made of 100% wool which makes it the perfect piece for fall and winter. A nice biker jacket makes a kind of clash of styles, what I personally love. A small cross-body bag with tassels unites the rocky style with a classic one.
