Hi, beauties! Can you believe how quickly the year goes by? I am definitely not a fan fall fan. I´m kinda able to get along with September to a certain extent but starting with October I can hardly wait until it´s spring again. I have to force myself to go outside. The grayer, colder, and rainier it gets, the more effort I have to make to set my feet outside. In addition, it has been raining non-stop for two weeks now in Germany. Fortunately, I shot quite a few outfits before that, because now this mission wouldn´t be possible at all. So, productivity has its advantages, as you can see.

More time for hobbies and for yourself

Even if I’m not a fall fan, I love to spend a lot of time with my hobbies. Fall and winter are perfect for this because you generally do a lot less outside. For example, you can spend cozy evenings with a cup of tea and an exciting book, learn foreign languages, whatever, the main thing is that you have fun. I´ve been playing the drums a lot more and I´ve also been learning Dutch more actively. This is how I stay productive, achieve my goals, and keep myself busy with what with things I like so much. Since the winter will most likely be pretty boring because of the Corona, hobbies like this are a real emotional salvation.

Of course, you have to get some time for yourself and by that, I don’t just mean various face masks and relaxing bubble baths, but also your own health, well-being, and inner balance. The temptation to eat delicious cakes increases extremely, but it is still not right. Especially in late fall and winter you should pay much more attention to your diet and do sport regularly because your own body is not getting enough vitamins right now. Physical activity is also lacking for most of us. But when you are aware of these things, your body will thank you. It´ll stay fit, healthy, active and you won’t even have to start working on your summer body again in spring. I generally always try to keep in mind that keeping things going instead of starting and stopping them over and over again is much simpler and healthier. So why don´t just keep on doing your workouts, yoga sessions, and eating healthy food on a regular basis?
