Do you like stripes? To me, stripes are the best for summer. First, they are never out of trend because this print is very classic, still trendy, and stylish. Additionally, striped outfits never look boring. Of course, there are some styling rules while wearing stripes, still, it´s very easy to create such looks. In the case of styling irritation, you just should know one thing, the thinner are the stripes, the easier such piece can be styled.

You cannot have too many striped pieces

Though I always liked stripes, this summer I became very active purchasing different striped blouses and tops. You could see some of them on my blog. So, I did a casual look with an asymmetric striped blouse (here), or a one-shoulder striped top with distressed mom-jeans (here). To be honest, I thought that I definitely had enough stripes in my wardrobe before I saw the gorgeous overall by Mango. As you see, I couldn’t go away without buying it. The minute I tried it on in the store, I fell in love with it. The best thing about this overall is its casual, but very elegant cut. The vertical stripes not only make every type of figure look great, but also make you visually taller.

To make my today´s look more interesting, I decided to layer it a little bit and put on a white t-shirt underneath the overall. I chose a beautiful necklace and earrings with deep-blue glass pearls by LA to make the outfit a bit more marine. By the way, I learned the Thai label LA while visiting Bangkok (here and here) and fell in love with its unique jewelry made of silver, glass, and water. That is why I couldn´t help but picking this gorgeous combination. A small bag on a chain to round up the outfit and voilá, a striped summer look is ready.
