Though I´m not a vegetarian, I try to integrate non-meat dishes into my food routine. Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes are perfect for that. Additionally, they taste so good and are super easy cooked that it makes this recipe one of my top favorites. That´s why I want to share this life and time savior with you.
For two portions you need:
- 200g. spaghetti
- Olive oil for drizzling spaghetti
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of Balsamico
- 350g, of cherry tomatoes
- Freshly plucked basil
- Grated parmesan
This is how you cook spaghetti with cherry tomatoes:
First of all, you should cook spaghetti as usual, That means, letting them cook for about 12 minutes (depending on the type of your spaghetti) with a little bit of salt. After that, drain your pasta, give a little bit of olive oil, and keep it warm. Then, take the same pot your cooked spaghetti in and put butter, garlic, Balsamico, and tomatoes together. Stew the whole mixture for a short time until the tomatoes get soft. After that, just put the prepared spaghetti into the pot and stir it all together. All you need to do is adding some basil and parmesan.
This pasta is ready within just 20 minutes and is super easy to cook. Still, I guarantee you that once you´ve tried it, you will get to this fast recipe over and over again. It´s absolutely amazing.
