I didn´t share with you my cooking ideas for a while. Unfortunately, the more things I have to do, the less time I get for trying out something new to cook. Still, today I decided to share a simple yet great recipe which is my lifesaver every time I need a healthy, light, and delicious meal. It´s perfect for lunch or dinner, or after the workout.
The ingredients you need:
- 1 Zucchini in the size depending on how much you eat (1 zucchini is cooked for 1 person but it´s up to you to decide).
- one package of baguette salami
- one package of traditional mozzarella
How to cook:
Wash the zucchini and make thin cuts along the whole length of the vegetable. The cuts should be made at 1,5 cm distance from each other and should be relatively deep. Put a slice of salami in every cut and make sure you put them in deep. It will make your zucchini have way more flavor. After that, put your zucchini into the pre-heated oven (180C0) for about 10 minutes.
After that, you should cut the mozzarella into thin slices and put them on the cuts with salami. Doing that, you create layers which will melt and give the whole a nice and juicy flavor. Put your zucchini with mozzarella for another 5-10 minutes into the oven and enjoy the delicious, light, and easy-made meal.
